  • CEO Founder & Real Estate Advisor

    He's a highly committed real estate advisor and engineer, graduated from the prestigious Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). With a strong background in industrial manufacturing and customer service, Miguel brings decades of operational excellence and client-focused problem-solving to the real estate and legal investment space.

    His passion for helping others is what led him to found Riviera Home Investments, a firm dedicated to protecting the financial and legal interests of national and international buyers. Today, he leads the company as General Director, ensuring that every client receives personalized guidance, honest assessments, and access to the safest and most legally verified real estate projects in the Riviera Maya.

    Miguel’s vision is clear: to raise the standard of real estate transactions in Mexico and give investors the peace of mind they deserve.

Our real estate advisors are officially registered with SEDETUS (Secretaría de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable), the government body that regulates and oversees real estate operations in the state of Quintana Roo.     Licensed attorney and certified real estate advisor with a Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). As Co-Founder and Head of the Legal Division at Riviera Home Investments, she combines legal expertise with real estate insight to protect investors at every stage of the process.

    With over 32 successful representations in both property transactions and civil lawsuits, Stephanie has helped national and international clients secure their investments and recover what others thought was lost. Her sharp legal mind, ethical standards, and deep understanding of local real estate law make her a trusted ally in one of Mexico’s most complex markets.
